Blanca Greenstein, Esq.Blanca was a lawyer for 25 years and served as a trial lawyer (voted Lawyer of the Year at the Public Defender's Office), head of litigation for a publicly traded corporation Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC, partner of two major law firms (Morris Laing Evans Brock & Kennedy, Chtd and Greenstein & Associates) and is also an inventor of a fully patented custom built email management program called Ingate, which she invented to process high volumes of corporate email.

After her service with the Navy, she started as a Purchasing Agent with the Government (Department of Interior) where she obtained her FAC-I. After her role there she moved to multiple large DOD contractors. Over her career, Mrs. Higley has support roles in Compliance, Major Subcontract, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Procurement for a diverse portfolio of functional areas to include Construction, A&E, Build-to-Print, Services, Supplies, Export Control, Audits, etc.
