Regional Business Support Director, East Region

I first joined my company in 2009. After six acquisitions, integrations, and 18 years later, I have continued to hold many leadership positions at the branch- and district-level,. The majority of my tenure has been spent in the service and install departments, where my commitment, dependability, and knowledge created a culture of trust with my team.  Recently I accepted a new role as the Business Support Director for the entire East Region (Maine to Florida). 

​I was a 2021 Circle of Excellence winner for Top Service District, and last year was instrumental as part of the Algalinas district team when they won Top District of the Year. I have also been a mentor in the Diversity Mentorship Academy for the last two mentee cohorts, and have been part of the Women's Leadership Program and speaker in my company .
 
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with concentrations in Finance and Management from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, and was a swim coach for 13 years with USA Swimming.
