Tracy Aiken is a seasoned talent management and learning development professional with over two decades of experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Client Enablement at Finalsite, Tracy leads the Client Consulting and Training Operations team, focusing on client implementations, training, and new product launches.
Before her current role, Tracy held senior positions at industry giants like Amazon, where she led global learning and talent development initiatives. Her experience includes roles as General Manager at Galvanize and leadership positions at Oxygen Learning and Intrepid Learning, where she consistently drove growth, improved client satisfaction, and implemented innovative learning solutions.
Tracy's expertise spans strategy development, budget planning, e-learning, leadership development, and program management.

She has a proven track record of scaling operations, improving efficiency, and driving customer success. Her approach as a hands-on, solution-oriented leader has allowed her to become a trusted adviser in providing strategic learning visions and guiding organizations through transitions.

A graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Tracy combines her technical background with her passion for talent development to deliver high-impact programs that grow employees and meet business goals.
