Paige is an experienced strategy consultant, change leader, and facilitator that leads with an empathetic human-centric approach to enable her to quickly develop trusting relationships, build momentum, and accelerate change. She leverages her strong communication and facilitation skills to engage cross-functional teams and drive towards alignment and consensus around complex changes.

Paige’s consulting experience includes strategic planning, change management, process optimization, organizational design, cultural transformation, team development, and talent strategy. Paige is passionate about team development and motivating teams to achieve the same goal. She is on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement and is a TN Promise Mentor. She graduated from the University of TN with a degree in Spanish and World Business, and received an International MBA from the University of Memphis.
