Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles, including overseeing merger and acquisition integrations, benefits administration, recruitment, and market analysis, which have provided her with a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities within HR.

Natalie holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and is passionate about fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture. She is dedicated to continuously innovating HR strategies that enhance employee well-being, contribute to the long-term success of the organization, and share her experiences to inspire and guide others.
