I have a Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, TN and a  Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Accounting from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA. I currently serve as the Assistant General Counsel of CIRI Development Corporation d/b/a North Wind Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cook Inlet Region, Inc., an Alaska Native Corporation.
