I am a Registered Nurse with over 25 years' experience. I've served in various Nursing leadership roles including Chief Nurse Executive and Associate Director of Patient Care Services for 13 years. My role for the past 4 years as Sr. Program Manager / HRO Executive Leader Coach, combines my love of Nursing and my passion for patient safety together with my drive to inspire others. I have an Associate and Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, a Masters in Nursing Administration, and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration.
