I started my career 14 years ago in IT Internal Audit and made my way through the public accounting circuit. I landed in consulting, where I realized I flourished and exceled. I was able to quickly move up the ranks and landed in a leadership position at my current firm. Being on the path to make partner, I've realized that a growth mindset for my team and my own career trajectory is critical, and I've developed my own style of leading and coaching. I'm excited to see what this program has to offer and am excited to collaborate with the rest of the Advisory Board.
