My career with Eastman spans 16 years with the first 10 year in Operations as Lab tech and Utility Operator ensuring safety and quality. Changed focus areas to Health, Safety, and Training Coordinator for five years, reducing incidents and injuries through installing effective management systems. For the past two years, working as part of the Global Operational Excellence and the Essential Operational Discipline Excellence team implementing management systems to create a safer workplace environment by applying sustainable systems in the areas for continuous improvement, closed loop communication, and coaching from operations to upper management on common objectives.
