Jill Garcia is a dynamic speaker, published author, and learning and development consultant. Dedicated to enriching the lives of others to reach their full potential. She has a mission of taking her own life lessons to inspire others so they can break free from fear and truly live.

With over 15 years of experience facilitating custom workshops, she has had the privilege of serving as a performance coach, with a specialization in providing support to executive women as they navigate the intricate challenges of leadership while prioritizing their well-being to prevent burnout.

She is originally from Colorado and is the youngest of four with seven nieces and nephews who all live in CO. She loves all things horses, and her two boxer pups named Piper and Lexie!!!
