EHS Manager

Jenna Downing is a HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) Manager for a chemical manufacturing company in central Florida. She has been in industry for almost 20 years. Jenna served as Adjunct Faculty at Polk State college for 5 years. Throughout her career, she has been a proponent of collaboative efforts to obtain feedback and engagement from all levels of hierarchy and experience within the organization. 

Jenna has a BS in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University and her MS in Education with a focus on Adult Learning and Learning Technologies from Florida State. She has maintained her CSP from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals since 2006. She is passionate about her work and enjoys finding new ways to introduce concepts to adult learners to bridge the gap that could exist with an audience of adults with varying levels of education. Jenna is married with a 16 year old bonus son and a 5 year old son. She has been a baseball mom for 13 years and loves every second.
