Frances Mei Hardin, MD is an ENT surgeon and graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She is the founder of Rethinking Residency, a platform with resources for premed and medical students, resident physicians, and fellows. Frances Mei is the creator and host of the podcast Promising Young Surgeon, Digital Health Fellow at Doximity, and graduate of the Korn Ferry Leadership for Humanity Program.
