As a Manager of Human Resources and Talent at Nucor Steel Memphis, Inc., I oversee the full scope of HR functions for a 550+ employee organization, leading a team of HR professionals to execute a comprehensive HR program. Prior to joining Nucor, I was both active duty and a civilian servant with the Department of Navy, Bureau of Naval Personnel, where I worked both in an operational and strategic delivery of the Navy's Human Capital programs. I am excited for the opportunity to be part of this advisory program.
