I live outside of Nashville and have over 27 years in customer/patient relations both in retail but primarily in the medical field. My wife and I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, and love to travel. I have received much of my training through the military through the Arbinger Institute, various leadership methodologies, and maintaining an open mindset. Through my years, I learned that everything is not black & white. Yet, understanding the gray area by knowing your policy/procedure, the desired end state, and inline with the organization mission/vision/goal.
