Project Leader

Angela has spent the last 25 years working in the energy and water conservation fields and has developed projects in the K-12, higher education, healthcare, state and local government, LEED green buildings and municipal metering, water and wastewater markets. In her current role, Angela is responsible for identifying and developing energy efficiency and process optimization project opportunities within the municipal water and wastewater market. 

​She handles the project development activities of water meter AMR/AMI, water and wastewater treatment plant projects including data collection, field audits, cost and savings analysis, develop scopes of work, request for material and labor quotations, report write-ups and drafting of contract documents. Angela has developed more than $350M worth of paid-from savings projects during her career.
