My journey to become a Client Implementations Specialist and Office Manager started 5 years ago. After graduating from The University of Tennesse at Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration I was able to start working in the banking industry as a teller. This starting position led me to a career path I hadn't quite anticipated initially, but I'm so thankful for the path I landed on.

I was able to quickly work my way up from teller to higher positions. After a few years a manager role was offered to me, and I've never looked back since. Since taking a managerial role at the bank I've been able to restructure the Merchant Services Program and see growth to our net revenue.
