Professionally, Alice Hong is a conversance leader in Operational/Supply Chain Management with more than 20 years of experience in Cloud/AI Technology and Medical device manufacturing.  She’s been leading the Program Management Office of a Fortune 100 company for the past 7 years.  Ms. Hong is also a devoted advocate for work-life balance and has been serving on the corporate Comradery and DEI Committee for over a decade.  Ms. Hong encourages and empowers creativity to find solutions or improve processes. She believes in embedding entrepreneurship in employees through transformational leadership to drive results and build strong foundations.  

Personally, Ms. Hong is a passionate mountain bike coach and a dedicated youth leader aiming to build confidence, character, girt, and resilience in young adults by creating a network of parents and community support throughout the region. Ms. Hong does not believe one-size-fits-all but sees value and potential in people of all kinds.
